Hi, Lorna. I did not use a pattern when making the housecoat or PJ bottoms, but it is easy to come up with a way of doing it on your own. My Froggy Stuff on YouTube has a lot of great tutorials for doll clothes that are easy. I may publish sewing patterns in the future. I hope this helped you. :)
